Qube / Horizon Implementation Specialist
Our Senior Consultancy team is looking to recruit an experienced Horizon Implementation Specialist to join our expanding and specialised Real Estate Systems Team working across the EMEA region.

The Senior Consultancy team focus on providing consulting and software implementation services to clients in Residential/Multi-family and Commercial real estate markets. This is a dynamic role incorporating a blend of project management, business requirements analysis, system configuration, and user training/support.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience implementing industry-leading software packages (MRI, Yardi, Qube, etc.) and/or real estate experience within an ERP solution (ex. JD Edwards). In this case, Qube PM and/or Horizon will be greatly beneficial.


As an Implementation Specialist your role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans and manage the implementations within budget and timeline
  • Analysis of client business needs and assistance in developing specifications for software customization and systems integration
  • Gathers requirements for data conversions and assists client with preparing for data migration
  • Manages system testing and rollout activities
  • Delivers high-quality system training customized to client’s business processes
  • Applies extensive knowledge of real estate industry best practices while serving as a consultant/advisor to the client
  • Identifies up-sell opportunities and helps clients understand the associated value propositions
  • Mentors peers and project team members on industry, product, and consulting skills

Skills required

Significant experience with a leading real estate software system (investment management/property management/asset management/accounting) is required for this position.

  • Experience implementing real estate software systems with medium to high complexity.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of real estate, financial, and IT management best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong technical aptitude and work experience with technical applications and systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are modified to meet customer needs and level of expertise and sophistication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer science, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Position is based in Europe or the UK – may require significant travel to client sites within the EMEA region.
  • A desire to work in a busy and dynamic environment.
  • A desire to constantly learn and adapt to the ever-changing demands of the real estate industry.
  • An additional language would be an advantage.

Real Estate Systems Analyst
We are a highly specialist operator within the real estate Industry and are EMEA’s largest software technology consultancy for the global real estate investment industry. Due to the increasing demand for our services, we are currently welcoming applications for a Real Estate Systems Analyst.

Our team based in Dartford, Kent is looking to recruit a Real Estate Systems Analyst to join our expanding and specialised Real Estate Systems Team.

The successful candidate will be provided with full training in this highly specialised industry which is ever more reliant on new and emerging technology to assist with the demands made by the evolving Real Estate market.

As a Real Estate Systems Analyst your duties will include:

  • Providing telephone and remote support for multiple Real Estate software products to our Clients both in the UK and Internationally.
  • To review, analyse and troubleshoot Client enquiries received by telephone, email and other media.
  • To determine an appropriate approach and solution to each enquiry in a timely, efficient and pleasant way, whilst always maintaining client confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
  • To work independently as well as part of a team of skilled Real Estate technology professionals whose primary aim and focus is to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to all of our clients. The successful candidate will also work closely with our Functional and Technical Consultancy teams as part of their role.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Well organised with excellent self-planning skills.
  • The ability to work both independently (self-motivated) and also a team player.
  • A desire to work in a busy and dynamic environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Some knowledge of SQL would be an advantage.
  • An understanding of finance/accountancy would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience working with Property / Investment Management systems such as: Yardi, Propware, MRI Software, Qube, Horizon, Manhattan, Tramps and/or ERP systems such as: JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle would be an advantage.
  • A keen interest in problem solving.
  • A desire to constantly learn and adapt to the ever-changing demands of the real estate industry.
  • Some Customer service experience would be an advantage.
  • An additional language would be an advantage.
